• Paying the invoice means you accept the following terms and conditions.
• The purchase is for digital artwork only (no physical materials).
• I will only draw in the style shown in my gallery.
• My art style evolves, so final results may vary slightly from portfolio samples but will be of equal or better quality.
• Ensure my style suits your needs before commissioning.
• Save your file. I won't keep it forever in my database. If lost, I may resend it if I have a backup at the time of the request, but this isn't guaranteed.
• Your commission will be posted publicly, I will also post WIPs on my social media.
• I may publish speedpaints or educational resources using your commissioned piece on my social media and shops.
• Full-resolution works and pieces without watermarks and my signature won't be published on any of my media. It is your responsability if you decide to share the artwork avoiding these conditions.
• My creations cannot be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions.
• Is not allowed take credit for the art or remove my watermarks or signatures.Changes
• Standard Orders: Most orders take 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and quantity.
• Vtuber Models: Art and 3D models take 3 to 15 weeks.
• The sketch will be sent after payment.
• Once the final sketch is approved, the line art process will start.
• Commissioners can request WIPs at any stage of the process.Rush Orders:
----- Require an extra fee of 50% for projects that can be done in 1-3 days. Faster completion is possible if the sketch is approved quickly.
----- For Vtuber model art and 3D models, rush orders can be reduced to 7-15 days for 60% of the total price.Changes
• Once a sketch is approved, no further changes can be requested. Review everything carefully before approval.
• During the sketch stage, I allow up to 3 significant changes (e.g., outfit adjustments, pose changes, background alterations). After the 3rd change, I may decline further changes or charge an extra fee per change.
• I will not make infinite adjustments to sketches.
• If your reference was unclear from the start, minor changes may incur a fee. Be clear in your initial order.
• Once the project is finished, small changes (e.g., color adjustments, adding small details) are free.
• Major adjustments to the final piece are free if I made a mistake or missed a detail from your provided reference and description.
• After completion, you have a 1-month warranty for changes based on the above points. I guarantee a backup of the source file during this period. After 1 month, additional fees may apply, and changes may be refused if I no longer have the source file or can't easily update it.
• Note: If, after several months or years, you decide you no longer like the piece or believe something wasn't done properly, no updates, changes, modifications, redrawing, or refunds will be provided. The piece is considered fully approved once the project is completed and delivered, including any changes or modifications requested within the first month.

• Not for commercial use and can be use on social media giving proper credits for the art or design.
• Personal use means the drawing or design won't generate to you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment.
• Use on social media means the drawing or design could be use on banners, profile pictures, emotes and badges (like for twitch, youtube, discord, etc), stickers (for discord, whatsapp, line), discord servers, websites, blogs, social media adds (advertisement), streaming and video graphics.
• You have to credit me in some way and leave my signature or watermark.
• I'm not adding an extra fee for commercial use on social media, by the moment, as long as these terms applies, in order to support small creators and people that can't afford to pay commercial use fees for the lack of income.Base price x 1.5 (150%)
• If you don't want me to publish and use the drawing on my social media and portfolio to advertise my work.
• * You can ask me to not share the artwork till a certain date, because you plan on using it to a special event, debut, etc, with not extra cost.*Base price x 2 (200%)
• Commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product, to be sell as merchandise (plushies, pillows, postcard, merchandise, etc.) or as artwork rewards of your original characters or persona for supscriptions (like on patreon, onlyfans, twitch).
• You don't have or leave my signature or watermark.
• Giving credit is appreaciated.Base price x 3 (300%)*
• Commercial use to sell the drawing or design as a digital asset.
• You don't have to leave my signature or watermark.
• Giving credit is a must.
Some examples:
• You want to make a vtuber model to sell to multiple people on a page like booth, gumroad or etsy, so you hire me to do the art.
• You want to sell a emote pack to multiple people.Refund policy
• Full refund if the order hasn't started.
• 70% refund after sketching starts.
• 30% refund after line art starts.
• No refunds once coloring begins.
• Chargebacks result in loss of rights to the artwork and a permanent block from future purchases.
• For any order that was 70% or 30% refunded or was cancelled during the coloring process, you can keep any sketch or piece done, with some exceptions depending on the case.
• For any order partially refunded (70% or 30%) or canceled during the coloring process, you can keep any sketch or piece done, with some exceptions.
• If the refund involves a custom design (e.g., character, prop, or outfit design), you may not be granted the rights of the design, and I may repurpose it. But this varies depending on the case.
• I may repurpose or sell sketched poses and designs from refunded orders and chargebacks. result in loss of rights to the artwork and a permanent block from future purchases.Extra
• Source files, layered files, and PSDs are available for an extra fee per piece:
